By purchasing or using our VPS and Discord bot hosting services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“ToS”).

* Hosting or distributing malware, phishing content, or exploits
* Engaging in DDoS attacks or network abuse
* Running unauthorized crypto mining operations
* Sending spam or operating scam services
* Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

2. Discord Bot Compliance
If you host Discord bots on our services, you must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Policies. This includes:

* No self-bots or user account automation
* No token grabbing, user data abuse, or unauthorized data collection
* Respecting rate limits and API usage guidelines

Violation of Discord’s policies may result in immediate suspension of your service.

* Securing your VPS and bot tokens
* All activity conducted under your account
* Any scripts, bots, or software you deploy

4. Resource Usage (VPS)

* VPS resources (CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth) must be used fairly
* Excessive or abusive usage that impacts node stability may result in throttling, suspension, or termination
* Running background tasks that degrade performance for others is not allowed

5. Uptime & Service Availability
We aim to provide high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

6. Data & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your VPS and bot data. We are not liable for:

* Data loss
* Corruption
* Misconfiguration

7. Payments & Billing

* All services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated
* Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
* No refunds unless explicitly specified

8. Abuse & Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if:

* Abuse complaints are received
* Activities pose a risk to infrastructure or other users
